If requesting any information, please note the following:

--For building permit applications- must be filled out to the best of your ability. Upon returning the building permit application, a cost is associated with the price of the build. Please contact the town clerk for pricing.

-- A bill of sale is used to show transfer of ownership to the new owner. This can be used for vehicles, ATVs, boats, motorcycles, and trailers. Please fill out the page completely and include the VIN.

-- Citizen complaint forms create a verifiable administrative record, ensuring all reported issues are tracked, investigated, and addressed fairly without bias. These forms are presented to the select board at monthly meetings. (every third Tuesday of the month unless posted.)

-- Birth, death, and marriage certificate applications are put online for your convenience. Please complete the form completely and return it to the town clerk. For anyone's record other than your own, you must show lineage between you and the person requested, such as birth certificates. This application can be returned to the town clerk in person or by email. Please note a valid id/ drivers license or passport will need to be shown to verify your identity.
